Subscription Policy

Effective Date: 6 January 2026


1. Introduction

This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) governs the provision of Accounting and Payroll Subscription Services (“Services”) offered by [Your Company Name] (“the Firm”) to clients (“Client”). By subscribing to any of the Firm’s plans, the Client agrees to comply with this Policy.

The Firm offers subscription services designed to provide accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and advisory support to businesses at all stages — from startups to established companies.


2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

2.1 Accounting Subscription Plans

All accounting plans are billed exclusive of SST. Monthly billing is standard, with an optional 10% discount for yearly subscription.

2.2 Payroll Subscription Plan

Pricing: RM100 per employee per month

Setup Fee: RM300 (one-time)

Monthly Payroll Services:

  • Payroll report and payslip distribution (email)

  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributions

  • Online PCB/MTD payment

  • Monthly salary payment processing

  • Online payroll system access

3. Client Responsibities

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely financial and employee information.

  • Ensure statutory data (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST) is up-to-date.

  • Submit all documents required for reporting and payroll processing within agreed timelines.


Delays or incomplete submissions may affect reporting and payroll schedules. The Firm is not liable for delays or errors caused by inaccurate or late information.



4. Transaction & Employee Limits

  • Accounting plans include a maximum monthly transaction limit; excess transactions will incur additional charges or require a plan upgrade.

  • Payroll subscriptions are billed per employee per month. Employee additions during the month are billed proportionally.


5. Reporting & Review

  • Monthly reports and payroll processing are based on timely receipt of Client data.

  • Accounting plans include quarterly or yearly reviews based on plan level.

  • Payroll services include monthly payslip distribution and statutory contribution submissions.


6. Statutory Compliance

  • The Firm provides tax estimation, SST, e-invoice advisory, and payroll statutory filings.

  • These services are advisory; the Client retains ultimate responsibility for statutory compliance.

  • Errors or penalties due to incomplete or inaccurate information are the responsibility of the Client.


7. Subscription Changes & Termination

  1. Monthly subscriptions require 30 days’ written notice for cancellation or plan changes.

  2. Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable after commencement.

  3. The Firm may suspend or terminate services with 7 days’ notice in case of non-payment or breach of this Policy.

  4. Downgrades are subject to review and effective from the next billing cycle.


8. Confidentiality

  • All Client data, including financial and payroll information, is treated as strictly confidential.

  • Data is used solely to provide subscription services and is not shared with third parties unless required by law.


9. Liability & Indemnification

  • The Firm will perform services with due professional care.

  • The Firm is not liable for losses caused by:

    • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client

    • Delays by third parties or regulatory bodies

    • Events beyond the Firm’s control (force majeure)

  • The Client agrees to indemnify the Firm against claims arising from misrepresentation, omission, or statutory non-compliance.


10. Customized Services

  • Services outside the standard subscription plans (additional advisory, reporting, or employee volume) will be custom quoted.

  • Terms and fees will be agreed prior to commencement.


11. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising from these subscriptions will be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.


By subscribing to any Accounting or Payroll plan, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Subscription Policy.
